Corrugated Plastic Core with Aluminum Surface

·          Alcorr is ideal for paints, screen print inks, and pressure sensitive
vinyl which bonds securely to it has the same reflective surface as
vinyl graphics, so the final sign is visually coordinated.

·          Strong & Lightweight. Alcorr is thin and light, yet surprisingly rigid.
 It’s the same weight as .040 aluminum sheet metal, tipping the scales
at just 24 pounds. However, Alcorr is over 50 times stronger for a
4’ x 8’ sheet.

·          Versatiles. Alcorr cuts and routs like butter using standard carpentry
tools. You can even bend it around a corner by routing a “V” groove and
bending the panel for a 90-degree return.

·          Weather Insensitive. Alcorr is water, sun and temperature resistant,
with a “Class A” flame spread rating. The surface is formulated to resist
outdoor dirt and is practically “self-cleaning.”

·          Water Insensitive. Weather resistant plastic core doesn’t require
edge sealing.

Hardwood Core with

Aluminum Surface

·          Lighter. Ό” AlumaBoard is half the weight of
½” MDO, yet 85% as rigid, making it easier to install
and handle.

·          Stronger. ½” AlumaBoard has strength similar to
Ύ” MDO, but weighs less.

·          The colorfast surface means you can change copy
again and again with little or no ghosting.

·          Average outdoor life expectancy when properly
installed is 5-7 years depending on the climate.

·          Easy to fabricate with standard wood cutting tools.
