Conditions: Lee’s Sign Supply, Inc. products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser will test them before actual use and determine for themselves their adaptability for intended use.  Lee’s Sign Supply, Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of the sale to the buyer.  Lee’s Sign Supply, Inc. will replace any defective product with new product only.  This warranty is limited to the conditions herein.  Under no circumstances will Lee’s Sign Supply, Inc. be held liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use of Lee’s Sign Supply, Inc. products.

 

NOTE: There is a $25.00 service charge on returned checks.  A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to accounts past due 30 days.

 

TERMS OF SALE:

·         Cash with order or C.O.D.

·         VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover accepted

·         NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED

·         Open Accounts: Upon approval only. Must submit a signed credit application and application for check approval. Terms Net 30 Days.

·         All returns subject to 20% restocking charge.

 

MINIMUM CHARGE/ HANDLING CHARGE:

There is no minimum charge.

 

ORDERING:

Place your order before 6:00 pm, and we will ship in stock items that same day.

 

Lee’s Sign Supply, Inc. ships from Niles, Michigan and South Bend, Indiana.  We do this to provide next day delivery in most areas.

 

All orders are shipped UPS ground. Red Label (next day air) Blue Label (2nd day air) is also available if you wish to expedite your order.  Saturday delivery can be arranged.  There is an additional charge for this service.

 

We can ship your order C.O.D or credit card unless credit terms have been established.  We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

 

 

We now deliver by company truck to limited area.
